As a Leasing Professional, you will manage the sales process at our community starting with the phone call or email and including overcoming objections, closing, and creating a sense of excitement about a new apartment! Nurturing resident relationships will also be your job–entering service requests and following up, answering questions and addressing concerns and generally providing excellent customer service to everyone who walks through our doors, especially our residents. You will also assist the manager and assistant manager with any tasks. Outside marketing is also your responsibility, and developing our reputation in the nearby community and working on word-of-mouth advertising. We are looking for a team player that understands that a successful leasing office must work together or will fail. Weekends are required for this position. It is full time, 40 hours a week, and time off will be given during the week. Occasionally a resident function will occur and require evening work.
