The team at Signature Management Corp. traveled to Richmond, VA on September 26, 2024 to host our 7th Annual Leadership Conference.
The two-day event kicked off with a team building workshop led by the team building and culture experts at The Go Game.
“Nina from The Go Game led our teams through a number of hilarious, interactive activities that really helped our team members to connect and fully unwind. Beginning the conference this way allowed our teams to come together and build a sense of camaraderie, and this set the perfect tone for the two-day event,” said Vice President Matt Miller of the experience.
This year’s leadership conference featured industry expert and nationally-recognized speaker, Steve Wunch who led a session on “Feedback as a Gift” and “Bringing Humanity to Your Insanity.”
“Steve’s sessions brought such valuable insights into leadership, communication and team dynamics. Every point resonated, and I walked away with fresh ideas to implement,” said President, Kathy Scott. “Steve’s message was truly inspiring and a fantastic reminder of the impact great leadership can have. I can’t wait to see how our teams bring his teaching to life on the job.”
