The team at Signature Management Corp. traveled to Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, VA on October 23, 2025 to host our 8th Annual Leadership Conference.
The two-day event kicked off with a team building workshop led by the team building and culture experts at Firefly Team Building Events.
“Jenna from Firefly led our teams through a number of hilarious, interactive activities that really helped our team members to connect and fully unwind. Beginning the conference this way allowed our teams to come together and build a sense of camaraderie, and this set the perfect tone for the two-day event,” said Vice President Matt Miller of the experience.
This year’s leadership conference featured nationally-recognized speaker, Jones Loflin who led a session on Growing Through Change with “Six Buzzworthy Strategies to Thrive.”
“Jones’ sessions brought such valuable insights into leadership, communication and team dynamics. Every point resonated, and I walked away with fresh ideas to implement,” said President, Kathy Scott. “Jones’ exuberant energy and enthusiasm for professional development and team building are contagious. Our team members shared that they felt invigorated and inspired by his straightforward strategies and fun approach.”
