8th Annual Food Drive With Foodbank of SEVA

On November 22, 2024, Signature Management Corporation’s teams from across the region gathered to participate in our 8th Annual Food Drive in support of the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia.

In the weeks leading up the event, donations were collected from Signature Management’s ten apartment communities, commercial properties and corporate office. Donations were left outside resident and tenant doors on the day of the event and collected by on-site management, leasing and maintenance teams.

Together, our teams delivered a total of 6,801 pounds of food, or 5,668 meals to benefit families in need in our community.

Vice President Matt Miller said of the event, “Every year, our teams, partners and residents go above and beyond to ensure that our contribution through this event makes the biggest impact possible. It never fails to inspire me and remind me of our responsibility to our community and region at large. As with every year, I want to recognize the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia for creating an important way for companies like ours to support families in need, and extend that thanks to every member of our team who contributed to this special annual event.”

We’d like to extend our deepest thanks to our vendor sponsors from Valet Living and Bay Disposal & Recycling for fueling our teams up with a delicious breakfast to start the day. Because of your support, our teams were able to collect more than 9 truckloads to deliver directly to the Foodbank of SEVA by lunchtime.
