Our commitment to the people we work with and the neighborhoods we work in can be traced back to our founder, Richard Waitzer. Simply put, he deeply cared for people. Mr. Waitzer considered his clients, residents, vendors, neighbors, and especially his co-workers to all be integral parts of his family. We continue his legacy today by giving back to the community we are grateful to be a part of.
